The Dutchman is out of contract at Liverpool in the summer of 2027 and there have been growing rumours that clubs in Turkey, such as Galatasaray, are interested in his signature. The outlet claims that, while Liverpool are not actively looking to sell the centre-back, they are 'open to offers' for the player, who will turn 35 this month.

It states that Van Dijk and Liverpool âare prepared to evaluate any serious offer on its merits before making a decisionâ and says the club no longer see their captain as 'untouchable.' However, new Reds boss Iraola is not pushing for the defender's exit.
