Paris Saint-Germain are preparing an offer for ÂŁ47m-rated Barcelona star Ferran Torres which could push Bradley Barcola closer to joining Liverpool. Anfield chiefs have identified the Frenchman as a priority attacking target with the player keen on joining and PSG open to selling.
