While on the Algarve, however, OâHara found himself needing to go to hospital.
Posting a picture of himself on a drip last night, the ex-Tottenham midfielder wrote on Instagram: âGot food poisoning from cheese on toast in albufeira absolute stinkerâ.
OâHara then posted the same image to X this morning, similarly adding: âMan down in albufeira only got food poisoning from cheese on toastâ.
Plenty of fans responded wishing the 39-year-old well.

One wrote: âJ, I wish you a speedy recoveryâ.
And a second commented: âget well soon but SPURS are actually backâ.
A third said: âGet well soon bro.â
Another added: âGet well soon Jamie!â

OâHara and co-host Jason Cundy have both been off this week.
They have been replaced by a rotating cast of stand-ins, with Max Scott and Jermaine Pennant set to cover tonightâs show.
OâHara came through Spursâ academy as a player and made 56 appearances for his boyhood club, scoring seven goals.
He also went on to play for Millwall, Portsmouth, Wolves, Blackpool, Fulham and Gillingham, before a spell in non-league with Billericay.
