Woods, 50, was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Florida on Friday. He was driving his Land Rover SUV when he allegedly got distracted and clipped a truck in front of him, flipping over. Woods was OK, as was the other driver, though he ultimately got arrested.

Following the arrest, Vanessa Trump expressed extreme concern for her boyfriend and his wellbeing. This is the second serious car accident that Woods has been involved in since 2021, when he nearly died in an accident in California. Trump, who met Woods through their kids' school, wants to make sure that her boyfriend is doing what he can to address his problems.
Woods, however, had an "insulting" comeback. He essentially shot down any concerns from Trump, making it clear that he had everything under control, per The Daily Mail.

Woods, who will reportedly head out of the United States to receive treatment, per TMZ Sports, is taking time away.
"I know and understand the seriousness of the situation I find myself in today," the 15-time major champion said in a statement posted to his social media accounts on Tuesday night. "I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health. This is necessary in order for me to prioritize my well-being and work toward lasting recovery.

"I'm committed to taking the time needed to return to a healthier, stronger, and more focused place, both personally and professionally. I appreciate your understanding and support, and ask for privacy for my family, loved ones and myself at this time."
