Kennet Eichhorn has opted to reject Premier League interest and is set to sign for Bayer Leverkusen instead.
Eichhorn had been linked with both Liverpool and Manchester City, but has opted against a move to England.
That's according to The Athletic, who report the 16-year-old will join Leverkusen from Hertha Berlin.
Ben Davies has penned a one-year extension at Tottenham.
The Welshman originally joined the club in 2014 after a successful stint with Swansea City.
Davies has racked up over 240 Premier League appearances for the north Londoners.
While no longer a key player, Davies is valued as a member of the Spurs squad and has signed an extension.
His deal was due to expire in the summer, but his stay with Spurs will extend into a 13th year.
It's being reported by Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo that Marc Cucurella is of interest to both Manchester City and Manchester United.

The report claims United's transfer hierarchy believe Fernandes has the ability to become as good as Declan Rice.
