Menâs head coach Steve Tandy said: âWeâve had a good block of training building towards this game and are excited to get our summer underway on Saturday.
âIâm delighted for Rhys, Ben, Ryan and Harrison, who are all in-line to make their first senior appearance for Wales.
âThe Barbarians will present a good challenge for us. They have lots of skilful players and Iâm sure itâll be a high pace game with lots of offloads. That in turn will be a great preparation for us as we head into the Nations Championship and playing Fiji the week after.
âThe more games we play the more consistent we can be. Weâre looking to pick up where we left off in the Six Nations and continue to build and improve as a group.â
There's a strong chance Dillon Lewis will feature on the weekend, being Wales' most experienced tighthead in the squad.
It's been two years since he last played for Wales.
"The two years have been riddled with a few injuries, which hasn't helped my case, but it is something that I never gave up on," said Lewis earlier this week.
George North will bring the curtain down on his career this weekend.
"I thought I was finished and then this Barbarians opportunity came along," the 34-year-old told the Scrum V podcast.
"It was funny having a conversation with my two boys trying to explain that daddy's going to play rugby again.
"They were 'that's good' but then I was saying it was against Wales. They were like 'no daddy, that's not what do you do, you play for Wales'.
"I said I played for Wales, and I was lucky to do that, but now I am playing against them. I'm just hoping we can get a couple of small Barbarians jerseys quickly for them."
After the men's game on Saturday, Wales Women will take on the Barbarians at 5pm.
Speaking about that match, coach Sean Lynn says beating the Barbarians on Saturday would mean everything to his side.
Wales are currently on a nine-match losing streak and they'll be without some of their PWR stars on the weekend.
As such, Lynn will be looking to the next generation in London on Saturday.
"You look at 10, 12, 13, they're very exciting for the Barbarians and then you've got Ruby Tui who's going to be explosive," said Lynn.
"But what a challenge for us, what a challenge for some of our girls to be going out there.
"For us to go to Twickenham on Saturday and beat the Barbarians is everything, but within that, we need to be making sure we are sticking to our processes.
"We can't get sucked into the 'jouer', of them throwing the ball around about, it's about us."
